Moving Circle Removals

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They mislead the prices and then invoice you a LOT more than agreed, website says 10% blue light discount but they refuse to implement the discount when the service is complete... When we queried this with customer support, they are very dismissive and just refer to 'terms and conditions' over and over again. They ignore all phone calls and text you back almost instantly saying 'sorry we missed your call, how can we help', almost like they are avoiding direct contact with anyone. The invoice is meant to be sent to the customer on the day of the service however we received a text message the day after stating they had sent the invoice and received no response (they DEFINITELY hadn't sent it). They then threatened us with a late fee of an extra £150 as 'fees need to be paid within 24 hours of the service'. They are obviously scammers that promise the world on their website but then use their so called 'terms and conditions' that they hide from customers to state the opposite and make them feel like they have no way out.

The removal team were great. Very attentive, very efficient and also patient as we were last minute organising items. Couldn’t fault them. However, we moved on a Friday and they finished at 6pm. They told us we would receive the invoice that day and we had 24 hours to pay it. We didn’t recieve the invoice until the Saturday at 16:00 and we had 2 hours to pay it before the 24 hours was up. We had queries due to some lost items and some damage so we wanted to discuss before settling the bill. By Sunday morning we had received a late bill but no response to our queries. By Monday we had a second bill totalling £150, even though we weren’t paying because they needed to answer our queries. We rang to discuss but the phone operator was horrible, rude and kept hanging up the phone. She was patronising and aggressive to point of holding late fees above our head. They ‘kindly’ halfed the late fee, which we shouldn’t have got anyway due to them breaking a £300 piece of furniture (these things happen, I don’t blame the movers). Horrible customer support and vile customer service staff
